1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and x77com ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at x77com.com ("the Platform").

By accessing the x77com Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the x77com Platform and close your account.

3 Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active x77com account at any time. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

x77com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits are processed in real time or within a short processing window depending on the selected payment method. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. x77com does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or payment service provider may apply their own charges, for which x77com accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. x77com aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where additional verification is required or where x77com has reason to investigate the account. x77com reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests pending resolution of any outstanding compliance review.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus credits and funds derived from promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

4.5 Prohibited Payment Sources

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. x77com will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits unless verified through the KYC process. Use of stolen, fraudulently obtained, or illicitly sourced funds is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available through x77com are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and individual promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bets placed on certain game categories or below minimum odds may not contribute to wagering requirements. 5.3 Abuse of Bonuses

x77com reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to restrict or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: exploitation of technical errors, registration of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, structured low-risk betting designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting"), and collusion between players.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions

x77com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets placed on x77com are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. These rules are available within the Platform for each product. By placing a bet, you accept the applicable rules as part of these Terms.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

x77com applies minimum and maximum stake limits to all betting and gaming products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. x77com reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game or platform malfunction, x77com reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts. No claim shall arise in respect of winnings generated during a demonstrable system or game malfunction. x77com makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service availability.

6.4 Finality of Results

Game and betting results as confirmed by the x77com system are final, subject only to error correction. x77com's decision in disputes relating to game results is final and binding.

Match abandonment, interruption, and DLS-method outcomes are handled according to x77com's published cricket betting rules, which form part of these Terms by reference.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x77com Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account for any purpose
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of proceeds of crime
• Facilitating access by individuals under 21 years of age
• Harassment of other players or x77com staff

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x77com's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your x77com account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x77com shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Losses arising from your decision to gamble, including gambling losses themselves

Nothing in these Terms limits x77com's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Amendments to Terms
